In really cold climates, it is very normal for us to experience dry and itchy skin on the body and need more moisture for that same bounce! Depending upon your skin type, here are some of our favorite tips to boost your moisture barrier:

DIY: Coconut Milk Bath for Dry Skin

  1. Heat coconut milk on stove a great natural ingredient 

  2. Add a oil of your choice, our faves are:

    • almond oil

    • avocado oil

    • coconut oil

    • olive oil

    • magnesium oil

    • jojoba oil 

    • mineral oil 

  3. You can add extras like:

    • rose petals and/or rose water

    • honey

  4. soak in warm water for 30 minutes 1x a week for best results (avoid too hot water)

  5. follow up with body oil or butter on wet skin
