DIY: Coconut Milk Bath for Dry Skin
Heat coconut milk on stove a great natural ingredient
Add a oil of your choice, our faves are:
almond oil
avocado oil
coconut oil
olive oil
magnesium oil
jojoba oil
mineral oil
You can add extras like:
rose petals and/or rose water
honey
soak in warm water for 30 minutes 1x a week for best results (avoid too hot water)
follow up with body oil or butter on wet skin
